Lodha Developers enters Delhi-NCR with big Gurugram projects

Lodha has partnered with MRG Group to build two major developments in Gurugram, marking a significant expansion for the Mumbai-based builder in NCR.

Mumbai’s Lodha Developers Limited (LDL), which has recently appointed Amandeep Singh as Regional CEO for Delhi-NCR, has entered into a partnership with Gurugram-based  MRG Group for two projects.

According to sources, one of the projects will be on Sohna road and another one is expected to be on Golf Course Roar.

Both the projects will have a combined revenue potential of over Rs 3,600 crore.

Cushman & Wakefield advised MRG on this transaction.

“We will address a significant gap in NCR for high-quality living,” said Rajjath Goel, Managing Director, MRG Group.

The National Capital Region (NCR) is slowly emerging as a hub for developers based in Mumbai and Bengaluru, with price appreciation in the market outpacing other regions.

While Mumbai’s Oberoi Realty is expected to launch its first project in Gurugram this fiscal year, Rustomjee are also exploring land acquisitions in the region.
